Cancellation Policy

3A's Therapy Services is dedicated to giving each of our patients the time and attention they need in order to best achieve their physical and occupational therapy goals. In order to do so, we have an appointment cancellation policy. This policy enables us to better utilize available appointments for our patients in need of care.

Cancellations:

In order to be respectful of the medical needs of our entire patient community, please be courteous and call us promptly at 210-444-9283 or email info@3astherapyservices.com if you are unable to attend an appointment and wish to reschedule for another day/time. This time will be reallocated to someone who is in need of treatment.

We understand that situations arise that may conflict with your appointment time. If it is necessary to cancel your scheduled appointment we request that you call by 24hrs in advance. 

No-shows:

A “no show” is an appointment which is missed without being cancelled by one day in advance. No-shows inconvenience those individuals who need access to our care in a timely manner.

A failure to present at the time of a scheduled appointment without adequate notice will be written in your chart as a “no show”. An administrative fee of $35.00 for “no shows” may be billed to your account. This is not billable to your insurance company.
