ABOUT US
3A’s Therapy Services, providing physical therapy in San Antonio, Texas, takes a caring and compassionate approach as we practice evidence-based care to patients of all ages.
Our distinguished reputation for effective care and results starts with our initial comprehensive evaluation of your condition or injury, which can take up to 1 to 2 hours for the initial consultation.
We then develop a personalized plan of recommended care, outlining the essential steps needed to treat your injury or condition which we will share with your physician to ensure a comprehensive approach.
Treating patients from children to seniors, we are thorough and effective in our approach to helping you live your best life and recover from any injuries or conditions that have sidelined you.
MEET OUR THERAPIST
Dr. Oluwakemi Adedeji (Kemi) PT, DPT, FMT, Cert. DN
With a philosophy of treatment that sees each patient as an individual in need of the best and most compassionate care possible, Dr. Oluwakemi Adedeji PT, DPT,(nicknamed Kemi) is the founder and owner of 3A’s Therapy Services, providing physical therapy and occupational therapy in San Antonio, Texas. Also, an adjunct faculty at the University of the Incarnate Word, School of Physical Therapy, San Antonio, TX.
Kemi completed her Certificate of Competency in Vestibular Rehabilitation (CCVR), Functional Movement Techniques (FMT), and Dry Needling (Cert. DN).

Born in Lagos, Nigeria, Kemi completed her undergraduate degree in Microbiology from Babcock University in Nigeria with a Second-Class Upper Degree in 2004.
She relocated to the United Kingdom in 2005 to further her education and obtained her Master's Degree in Food Safety and Quality Management from the University of Greenwich, Medway, Kent in 2007.
In 2008, she relocated to the United States to raise her family and then went back to study to obtain her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from The University of the Incarnate Word in 2013, and graduated in 2016.
Since then Kemi has worked in a variety of different rehabilitation settings, from a skilled nursing facility in Bandera, TX, and San Antonio, TX to an inpatient rehabilitation facility in San Antonio to offering pediatric home-care, also in San Antonio.
Today she devotes herself to patient care and staff education in 3A’s Therapy Services Clinic in San Antonio.
She enjoys the challenge of figuring out what is best for all her patients and staff.
As a physical therapist, she believes you have to look at everyone individually and assess their goals based on their needs, even after they are discharged.
When she is not working, Kemi enjoys traveling with her family, singing, and serving as the choir director of her church, RCCG, Grace Pavilion Parish, San Antonio. She also loves dining out and spending time with her family. She is married to the love of her life and they are both blessed with three daughters.
